Albir Garden Sports is a sports resort located in L’Alfas del Pi (Spain) with a long tradition of hosting athletes. With splendid weather and excellent facilities make many athletes and sports teams to choose this venue to prepare their season.
Inside the resort there is the long and triple jump area, besides the space required for the development of the four throws: Hammer, discus, javelin and shot put.
Busy roads and limited off road running opportunities mean that this venue is not really suitable for long distance runners. There is a 25 metre pool and sports hall adjacent to the track.

Accommodation is based upon one bedroom apartments suitable for 1-3 persons. Each has a twin bedded bedroom, a lounge/diner with a twin sofa bed and a kitchen, and a bathroom. There is a restaurant and bar on site and others in the locality. There are two outdoor swimming pools, an indoor heated pool in the winter, and a small gym. This accommodation is 2.5 km away from the track and, although there is a local bus, we would recommend that clients have a car for the duration of their stay, to be available from Alicante airport: Albir / L’Alfas is 50 km from the airport. The track facilities are located just 5 minutes from the hotel and can be accessed by public bus every 20 mins at a cost of €1.00p.p each way. Alternatively, daily private transfers can be booked.

FLIGHTS:
Flights can be booked independently or through ourselves and are quoted separately from the training package arrangements. We can offer flight options from any operating UK major or regional airport to Alicante airport and we can coordinate return airport transfers for any number of athletes, if required.
Direct flight operators include low cost airlines such as Easyjet and Jet2 and scheduled flights with Monarch often operating a number flights per day.
