THE EVENT
The 23rd European Athletics Junior U20 Championships are being held at the Ekängens IP Stadium, Eskilstuna, SWEDEN. This event acts as a bridge between junior and senior competition and offer an excellent opportunity for aspiring Olympic, world and European champions to compete against the best athletes in their own age group.
Eskilstuna has first class athletics facilities even though the town itself is very small. Hence it has very few hotels and the ones it does have are being used for the teams and officials. The closest town of Vasteras – 33 km / 20 miles away – is also accommodating some of the teams and this is where we have booked a hotel for our group of fans and friends & family of the athletes.
